Jaipur Agra Same Day Tour Itinerary

Day 1 :
 

5.30 AM: Jaipur pickup + Jaipur to Agra (245 km/ 4-5 hours drive)
Our tour representative will pick you up from the chosen pickup place in Jaipur and proceed to Agra by road.

9.30 AM: Visit Fatehpur Sikri on the Jaipur Agra route
In this Jaipur Agra Same Day Tour, we will now visit Fatehpur Sikri, which is not in Agra but is on the Jaipur Agra route. Fatehpur Sikri was the Mughal capital city and was built in the 16th century. You can visit one of the largest mosques of India in Fatehpur Sikri. Also, you can admire the pink sandstone monuments here. The architecture of all the monuments is spectacular and wonderful. We recommend you visit Fatehpur Sikri as it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

10.30 AM: Fatehpur Sikri to Agra (37 km/ 1 hour) + Taj Mahal
We will now proceed onwards and visit Agra by road from Fatehpur Sikri. We will visit the Taj Mahal, which is a monument of love built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. The emperor used white marble stone and red sandstone to built the Taj Mahal. It took many years to complete the Taj Mahal. Finally, it was completed in 1648. It has landscaped gardens, Persian inscriptions, exquisite carvings, minarets, arched doors, jaali designs, and calligraphy.

2.30 PM: Agra Fort
After lunch, we will visit Agra Fort. The colossal fort is a supreme example of Mughal architecture. Agra Fort is counted among the most impressive UNESCO World Heritage Sites in North India. There are many palaces, mosques, and courtyards inside the fort. Impressive among them are Moti Mahal, Musanman Burj, Shish Mahal, Shahjahani Mahal, and others.

4.30 PM: Agra to Jaipur
We will now drive back to Jaipur after this sightseeing tour of Agra. We will drive in an air-conditioned car.

10.30 PM: Arrive in Jaipur
We will drop you to your hotel or airport when we arrive in Jaipur from Agra. This concludes our Jaipur Agra Same Day Tour.
